Someone who will write their content in a way that matches your own style. If you write content to help others then you need to find someone else who will write content for that same reason.
In other areas of your business it becomes even more important that people have the same values as you. Especially if you outsource tasks that involve dealing directly with your customers.
Do they have the skills
This may seem obvious but you need to find someone who has the skills that you are looking for. This means that you need to fully understand yourself what skills are needed for the particular tasks that you want to outsource. When you have done that job yourself it is far easier to know what those skills are.
Look at your audience
One place that you might find suitable outsourcers is by looking at your own list of subscribers or your own audience. It is possible that people following you may have the skills you are looking for. Just because someone may be a customer of yours doesn't mean that they don't have the skills that you are looking for.
Action Plan
When you find someone that you believe will be able to do the task that you want them to do, you really need to make sure that you have an exact plan them follow. There may be some people who are not willing to follow an exact blueprint. Therefore it is important that you make it clear that you expect them to follow your own blueprint so that you know the exact results that they should produce.
Communication
One of the most important aspects of outsourcing is being able to communicate effectively exactly what it is you want from them. This might mean finding and outsourcers who speaks the same language as you.
