Creating A System
It's important to create a system or process to follow when you are building your internet business. Without a system you don't know what to do next and you will find it difficult to pin point where something went wrong.
You can start off by using someone else's system, one that is already proven to work but eventually you will need to develop your own personal version.
Why?
Since we are all different with our own skills and talents it means that there will be areas that you excel at and others where you don't. Therefore your system will be different to others since you will by using your own particular skills and using them to your advantage.
Usually internet marketers start out on the same path and then gradually over time each one develops their own branch that goes off the main path.
Each of those branches are the various systems unique to a particular marketer - the way that works best for them.
Testing Your System
If you don't test you won't be able to predict. If you can't predict then you won't be able to 'guarantee' your results.
Being able to predict what income you will generate is possible but only if you test every part of your process. This is why you need a system in the first place because then you can break it down and test each step.
Here are some ideas:
- Your squeeze page
- Your email campaign
- Your sales page
- Your traffic source
If you know that a particular traffic source will generate you with X numbers of subscribers, because you have tested and optimised that source then you know what work needs to be done to virtually guarantee that number of subscribers each month.
If you know what the most popular product is that subscriber buy from you and you have tested your sale process then you will be able to come up with an estimate of how much each subscriber is worth to you.
This means that you will have a good idea of how many subscribers you would need to bring into your business each month to earn a certain revenue each month.
That is how you can virtually guarantee your results.
