You will want to set up an account with You Tube. This is the largest shared video website in the world and a good place to submit your videos. This doesn't cost anything other than the time it takes for you to upload them and that is very quick once you learn how to do it.
Let me just mention a couple of other website traffic for free methods. One is email marketing. You will need to build a list, and you will need to you purchase an autoresponder which runs around $20 a month.
You can do other things such as blog commenting, forum posting, and so on. These do take time and you can outsource this to a freelance worker for reasonable rate if you don't want to do it yourself.
There really is no shortage of website traffic for free or almost free methods. It ultimately comes down to your time and money and how you wish to spend it.
